I've had a lot of people ask me what kind of acting I'm looking to get into. Do I want to do television? Film? Commercials? Theatre? Am I focusing on drama? Comedy? Dramedy? Horror? Let me just set the record straight.
I will do anything.
I will act in any movie, tv, pilot, webisode, commercial, stage production, print ad whatever. I will do anything people will pay me to act in. Even if they don't pay me. I am the opposite of discerning.
I will sell out in less than a second.
If someone wants me to be in The Human Centipede III (yes they already made II) I will kiss their feet and say "Oh thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou!" and so on and so forth.
At this point in my career, I don't care what projects I'm in, as long as I'm in them, and people are seeing me act. I know most people are meaning "what do I want to be in long term" but I can't even comprehend that right now. I don't even know what the short term will be, so don't ask me about 10 years from now, because I could be living in a box by then.
In other news: I have a job! Woooooo! *dance dance dance* Yes folks, you heard it here first. Riko will once again be traveling the seven seas this summer on board Crystal Serenity. Unfortunately, this means I'll be taking a short break from becoming a world famous movie star, but on the plus side, hopefully when I get back I'll have enough money to get my own apartment and let Adam and Froggy have their living room back. Also, I probably won't be updating this here blog quite as regularly, because
1.)I'll actually have something to do with myself during the day and
2.)I have to pay for internet on the ship. Wah-wah.
Aaaand I think that's all that's new in my life. Oh yes! I'm going to try to come back to the Chicagoland area for a weekish before I leave for the ship. So if you are looking for some quality Riko time, get a slot now, cuz they're going fast!
